Kudos to Maxis

I received a call from @MaxisListens after I made some help request regarding my Facebook Notification on my Blackberry. I just tweet my help to their Customers Service Twitter account, they replied me and within a few minutes they call me for further troubleshoot. Although my request has not been fulfilled yet, but the effort shows by the Customer Services really impress me. That is why I still remain with Maxis even though many of my friends said their hidden fees are terrible. Kudos to you team!
